EmilyAI offers three plans, managed via Shopify:
To change plans, visit your Shopify admin panel, select EmilyAI, and confirm your subscription. We do not handle billing directly.
Installation Problems: Ensure your store domain is valid (e.g., mystore.myshopify.com) and retry the installation link.
Sync Failures: Verify your Shopify access token is active and contact us if issues persist.
Data Deletion: Uninstall the app via Shopify to trigger automatic data removal.
We provide support Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CET. Responses may be delayed outside these hours.
